Privacy Policy

CueShelf uses Chrome's local extension storage to keep:

• YouTube video IDs, URLs, and titles for Saved Songs;
• pitch, fine-tune, speed, A–B Loop, count-in, repeat, rest, and speed-ramp settings;
• names and contents of Saved Loops;
• the most recent unsaved practice state for restoration; and
• schema versions and local pre-migration recovery copies used to preserve saved data.

This data remains in your Chrome profile unless you delete saved items, clear extension data, or uninstall CueShelf. Exporting a Song Package creates an additional copy that you control.

CueShelf does not upload or transmit audio, video, browsing history, Saved Songs, practice settings, account information, email addresses, or in-extension usage events to a CueShelf server. CueShelf does not sell personal information or use practice data for advertising.

CueShelf does not provide cloud sync in this release.

CueShelf is limited to https://www.youtube.com/* so it can find the active media element and apply the controls you choose. It does not request access to other websites.

Chrome Web Store and Google may process store visits, installs, uninstalls, ratings, reviews, support requests, and store-managed analytics under Google's own policies. CueShelf does not receive individual in-extension activity from those services.

You can rename or delete Saved Songs and Loops, undo a recent deletion, and import or export a single-song package. Removing the extension or clearing its local storage removes locally stored CueShelf data.

CueShelf's use of information received from Google services adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data accessed for CueShelf's single purpose is used only to provide or improve that user-facing purpose.
